I had one of these at work and it did wonders for my feet and posture, and now continuing the same benefits here at home.Also love that it's already assemble right out the box as well as the adjustable heights and the tilt back and forth. You cannot go wrong by ordering this unit.
First, there's no assembly. It's out of the box and ready to use. The angle and height are adjustable. It forces me to sit in a better position while taking the strain off my legs so I'm not sitting with legs crossed all day. I love the bumps and rocking motion which are very soothing when I'm barefoot or just in socks.
